Boardman 20 Year Anniversary – Special Edition TK20 Track Bikes – Pre-Order NOW!

In 1992 Chris Boardman announced himself to the world of cycling by winning the 4km Pursuit in Barcelona (the first British Gold medal for 72 years) and simultaneously inspiring the next generation of great British cyclists. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Chris’s success on the track Boardman Bikes has created the Elite Series TK/20 in a Limited Edition of 92 signed bikes.

The TK/20 is a superlight, triple butted alloy frame with track-specific geometry, full aero carbon fork, tapered steerer and stainless steel dropout plates – in addition, the design also allows for brakes to be fitted, making it road as well as track friendly.

“Success on the track in ‘92 was the springboard for my career as a pro rider. Every hour
spent in the velodrome paid back ten fold when I started to ride for a pro tour team. Track cycling might be a specific beast but I wanted to create a bike that could, without
compromise, also be used on the road, so brake compatibility has been designed in. It would certainly make a unique fast-fixie!”

Olympic Road Race Weekender : We’re at the Box Hill Festival of Cycling

If the excitement of the first ever British Tour de France winner and Cav winning on the Champs Elysees wasn’t enough, next weekend sees the worlds best riders including both Mark Cavendish and Tour de France champion Bradley Wiggins racing on UK soil. Bike Science London :: Opening Mid June

We’re delighted to announce the forthcoming opening of our fifth Bike Science Retul precision bike fitting studio in partnership with Velosport. The new studio based in Putney, South West London is scheduled to open on Saturday the 16th of July. More details of the studio and of our new bike fitter Adam to follow over the coming weeks both here and on our Facebook Page. Just a few minutes ride from Richmond Park the new studio will be equipped with Retul, the world’s most accurate bike fitting system. Adam will be Retul certified by the opening date and will be visiting Bike Science Bristol in the coming weeks for training with head fitter Andy Sexton.
